The Eastover Sanitary District Board (ESD) meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month (except December). Meetings are held at the Eastover Community Center, 4608 School Road, Eastover, NC.

ESD contracts with PWC to provide water and sewer service, repair and maintenance of the systems and administrative services including billing and collections.
Compliance

    ESD reviews and comments on all proposed zoning and subdivision changes for compliance with the 2010 Eastover Comprehensive Land Use Plan.

 
Representation

ESD represents the district at zoning meetings and hearings.
